| Practice Description: Lissie practices general corporate law and product regulatory compliance, representing companies in various industries at all stages of their life cycle. Her practice covers a wide range of general corporate advising, transactional matters and product risk management for multinational companies, including corporate governance, venture-backed private financings, public offerings and product safety reporting obligations.
During law school, Lissie won the Irving Stenn Jr. Award for leadership, as well as the Saul L. Nadler Memorial Award, which recognizes outstanding course and written work relating to commercial law, corporate law, and securities regulation.
